Forgotten email

If you've forgotten the email you registered your account with that's okay, please contact us between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday on 020 7926 1116 so we can reset your email.

If you are a resident of a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) or a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) you will have to contact them by phone to reset your email.

The Home Ownership and Rents phone lines will stay open until 7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month. On the last Tuesday of each month, we are available in person at the Civic Centre from 5 to 7 p.m. No appointment is required.
